This is something that I have been saying for a while and it's time to finally say it...The State Of NYC crews is down the f-ckin drain. Wack ass crews like retro kids, and a couple other lames I promise not to names! It seems like all you guys do is get a bunch of people that dress "fly", come up with a cool name, walk around the downtown area, and think you're gonna get aknowledged. Whatever happen to starting A crew that actually stood for something? Kids that shared the same views on life and wanted to make sure the others heard them as well. Soho has turned into a complete circus/metrosexual fashion show. I can't even walk into the landmark Wendys on 4th Street without a bunch of dudes analyzing my outfit up and down. Are you serious? Trust Me, These Kids Arent Hard to find out there....Uhhh just check it out...Oh yea by the way, to the kid with the helicopter hat, you should jump off a f-cking building to see if them propellers really work :-)






Make sure to scream out "YOU FAKIN THE FUNK, F-CKBOY!!!!" when you see them in the streets; But I can't say the state of NYC crews is completely down the drain, there's still plenty of people keepin it real. Curtains Video Shoot

Dope Boy C has done it again. He was part of the Legendary "Leaders of the New School" show. And now he is getting ready too drop his new mixtape "The Great Adventures of DoPe". I was at the video shoot for the track titled "Know the Ledge". A freestyle based of the classic original by Rakim. Lupe Fiasco's food and Liquor Review

A lot of "HipHop" magazines do album reviews...Ive always wondered why they didn't have a break down for every track and why they didn't incorporate the album art in the review.. So I said let me do my own review. But I didn't want to just review any album.. I only want to review albums that affect our culture as a whole...In the times that we are living in, a new young cat Like Lupe Fiasco can affect or culture. So here is a full review of his album

Songs with a * are songs I felt were my favorite

Upon opening the album and reading the credits and seeing the album art I realized the true depth of the man named Lupe...The photos in the booklet shows young kids in class rooms with guns...The teacher is giving out guns to all of the kids....I found this to be real funny and true of our young youth today and the school system..But as I went further into the album I saw pictures of gang members with books in there hands doing drive bys with guns...There was also people laying down looking dead with books all over there body...It was a real dope visual and very different so I give the all around album art a --10

Each track and small review will end with a number judging the song from 1-10 and at the end they will all be added up and averaged to get the albums rating from 1-10

So when you average out lupe's album its a 9.3...this includes the album art ....Well I guess this album will be a album that doesn't sell that much until like 4 years from now when all these lame's catch up to the depth of Lupe Fiasco...I hope all you new age skater kids go out and support the guy who inspired you aight...I see yall the next time a album is Worthy enough of a full 5LatTopMag review.

'The Crocodile Hunter' Hunts no more

If your like me then MTV doesnt run your life...i Watch Other shows other than TRL and 106 & park ...and all the other crap on TV...One of the shows i loved to watch was the Crocodile Hunter...i loved seening this Crazy Dude go around messing wit animals..but sad too say the man known as Steve Irwin the Crocodile Hunter has died...

Maybe i might be juss hating but The whole BBC..Bape... movement is juss Way OVER RATed rite now..i mean wats the big hype...lemme break down my arguement

BBC is a company based off of big bucks...i think this sends the wrong messege too kids that its all about diamonds and money..yeah all those things are good but kids dont realize that the people making the money had to bust there ass to get where the are today.
NoW BBC is juss Over priced shit...Most of there shirts ans shorts cud be made by any random person...i mean they juss re-use the same image on different apparel...from the new hats they got out to the jeans...the quality is the same as any pair of jeans u wud find in your local clothing store for about $25 or $35...they juss put a logo on a tee and call it a $75 or over $100 item of clothing..so your just paying for the name...which isnt bad because we all pay for a name ...u might use products from one company and not the other juss based of a commercial or the name...but with this clothing line its like the same shit is juss being recycled...

Now If you are a real NIKE or Adidas head then u shud neva wear a pair of BAPES..Based on the fact that its juss a boot legged version of NIKE and Adidas...The whole out line of the popular BAPE Sneaker is NIKE or even the new ROADSTAS is a Bite off of the Air Max 90's and 93's...

Now wen BAPES first hit the scene it was wac ....people didnt really rock them untill the shiny shits hit then it was hype..Then they hit with the Camo Hoodies which i give NIGO respect for because they changed the Game up for hoodies...people Started doing the All over Prints and all that wild color shit...And its sad too see that Clothing lines now are biting off of these brands and juss poluting the "Street Wear" Fashion World wit the same ol shit.
